Located in the University of Waterloo's David Johnston Research & Technology Park and developed by The Cora Group, this innovative building provides an ideal environment for technology and professional services companies that prioritize social and environmental impacts.

The building has been awarded LEED Platinum certification, further recognizing its outstanding environmental performance and commitment to sustainability.

Notably, one of the standout features of Evolv1 is its acoustic paneling system called Au.diGroove. This premium system offers various options in terms of appearance and performance. Installed in tongue and plank form, it provides an attractive continuous grooved look. With the Integrated Acoustic Backing (IAB) and an air gap or insulation, it is suitable for high-performance acoustic applications or as decorative paneling, adding to the overall sustainability and functionality of the building.
